Hello everyone,

I need your advice on the following situation.

I currently reside in Canada on work permit. My spouse sponsored me for PR and they have  requested to submit my passport.

Can I send my passport through DHL to ND office from Canada?

Is there any time limit to send my passport to New Delhi office?

Appreciate your reply.

Thanks

That won't work. It's illegal to send Indian passports by mail or courier.

The only real options are to travel back to India to deliver the passport yourself or to send the passport back to India with a person you know who is traveling there from Canada (you'll need to provide that person with an authorization letter to carry your passport).
