Passport request from New Delhi Office - what does it mean ???

In regards to my wife spousal sponsorship application, she has recd a email with letter requesting to send passport, police clerance and landing fees (if not sent earlier)  , now i have already sent PCC and landing fees earlier

what does it mean and what should be done next

Congrats! It means that you should send your wife's Passport to the VO in ND. Send it through any courier service. The VO will stamp the PR VISA for your wife in her Passport only.
