Passport Photocopy

Hi All,
I am sponsoring my spouse and am supposed to attach a photocopy of her passport, now what all pages do I need to include?

Just the page with the necessay info right? like photo page and other details page....

I dont have to photcopy the entire book do i?

just the main page and page with address and signature.

if you're providing proof of travel/visits, then also provide photocopies of pages with entry/exit stamps and visas.
