Hello everyone!
i have posted on Feb.2011 regarding my pregnancy..Thank you all for your suggestions/advices and thank God above all that i was able to keep the baby.. My due is on Sept.and now i am just staying at home.
I have my other concern which somehow still bothers me..I started filling the papers for the divorce of my previous marriage just last week.A friend of mine helps me going through it and hopefully after 6 months we will get the positive result.
My bf will declare us common law on january and we will start filling the papers for the sponsorship.I am bothered with the name that i am bringing as it'S still my married name and i consulted the people on the DFA in the Phils, if i could change it but they said that unless the spouse is deceased or the marriage was annulled in phils.should the married name will be changed into my maiden name..
The question is, will it affect to my application later on for the sponsorship? pls anybody can answer this? thank you so much.

Hi,
CIC may suspect a fraud if you and your BF fail to submit sufficient documents for the proof the relationship and justify the changes taken place in your name.

Hi,
We will provide all the documents in due time as we started living in together since Feb.,2011.My only worries is my name in the passport coz even if i get the divorce that married name i used in the passport wouldn't be changed at all. As of now, I couldn't think of any possible solution for that as divorce filed in canada isn't recognized in Phils.. Do you think i will be denied when bf is applying for sponsorship for me? Thank you so much for taking time answering my questions, it;s greatly appreciated.
