Passport lost in the mail

     Hi there,

My application for PR is approved and I was asked to send my passport to Buffalo to get my VISA by April 1st.

Th problem is before knowing that I sent my documents along the passport to Buffalo to get a re-entry visa. To tell the story short, my passport were return by regular mail to a wrong address.

I can apply for a new pass or wait another month but I will definitely pass the 1st of April deadline.

Anyone knows what will happen if I send my pass for PR visa after the specified deadline?

      i lost my passport in mail tooo....my case is in detriot and i lives in vancouver and they mailed my passport on 31 jan ,,but i have not recieved it,,i do not know wht should i do
