Hi,

Wondering wherther per rules its mandatory that while sending full app to Buffalo one need to send pics of parents/siblings of both primary applicant and spouse.

Could some one shed some light when in the process one needs those pictures?

No, you don't need pictures of your parents and siblings.

No, just applicant and accompanying family members.

Sibling and parents cannot accompany you.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/common-questions-t13225.0.html
