Hello Friends,
                   I am planing to invite my in laws to visit us here in Canada and am here on work permit. I am confused whether to apply them on super visa category or visiting visa. Confused because on CIC's site it says Canadian citizen or permannent residents can apply under super visa and our PR application is under process but haven't received PR yet. Please, advice me which category is suitable in my case.

They will have to apply for a regular visit visa.

Since you are only here on a work permit, you don't qualify to sponsor them through the super visa program. You have to wait until you have PR if you want to sponsor them through the super visa.

Hi! when you apply for Visitor Visa so than is important government requirement to have Medical Insurance from canadian insurance company.
