in my case, i have only parents and still CIC transfer my file to New Delhi.

it looks like whatever file has transfer India has to wait atleast 2 years from now.......

I think those timelines do not make anysense now as processing times are changed, and also people who applied in Delhi upto JAN-FEB 2010 got their visas stamped. Also, the applicant who submitted their applications in the end of 2010 were asked to submit their Medicals, PP, and Police certificates.  So let's hope everything will go smoothly.

VERY BAD NEWS FOR WHOM FILE HAS BEEN TRANSFFERED TO INDIA OR LOCAL VISA OFFICE,

I just call CIC office and lady told me if your file has been transffered to your local visa office and received letter stated for total tilme is another 43 months than it is true and may your file won't be consider as in PILOT PROJECT as well....

what a bull *censored word* by CIC...

my file has been transfered to India local visa office and now i have to wait another 43 months to get file clear.

what a bad luck for me......

lucky some of you whom file has transfered to Ottawa.

Actually whatever CIC agent said to me if it is true than we should send a bulk request or should file petition to clear local visa office file as soon as possible as well.

Hi Rana,

It looks like you meant after feb 2009 (NOT 2008) because all the sponsors who submitted in 2007-2008
already got request letter from cic-m. I am also waiting for my request for im-008. I submitted my application
in first week of March 2009.

I hope we will receive it soon....

I think they don't really know what they are doing and how they are doing it next. Having said that, it might be that a CIC agent you talked to doesn't know much either.
It doesn't make sense to me that they strongly advised us to obtain PCC (in their November letter) and yet we will have to wait another 3+ years. No sense! But, as we all know, CIC  sometimes doesn't make sense anyhow.

we all already wait more than 4 yrs already, i did argued with lady at CIC and she told this is timeline for now and she adviced me CIC won't reply anything unless rest of the file is cleared.

This is totally unfair CHC local visa office will take longer time than Ottawa pilot project. CIC should be trasparent on this matter.We should bring this unfair matter to the CIC attention.Ask them to speed up the Local Visaoffice.

I agree that this is unfair. But this is not necessarily true.
If it is true, CIC should make the criteria public and tell everyone on what basis files move to CPC-O.
