It simply indicates that the person processing your request was not doing his/her work properly  Simply reply to the email and cc any other email addresses that were provided on the email and state that they forgot to attach the notes. Do not forget to mention the reference number they provided. Hopefully, they should send the attachment in a day or so. Thank you very much Sakamath for your continued support. Today I received my GCMS notes, but still they din't even touched the file. For Medicals it says not started. I don't know when are they going to start. It is in the queue. Thanks again Sakamath. |

It is in the INCOMING section : INCOMING -1 INCOMING-2 INCOMING-3 Created Date: xxxxx Created by:xxxx Updated date:xxxx Updated by:xxxx Create Office:xxxx Item : Other Item for: PA Comments(s): Documents received, same forward to FCR. Due date: xxxx Via: E-mail Via Details: Received by : xxx This is format. I think so whatever was received from us, says the INCOMING side. But I am not clear about FCR. |

I think so whatever was received from us, says the INCOMING side. But I am not clear about FCR.
i have only my GCMS requests in INCOMING section... there is nothing there about PCC that CIC received... |

I have also submitted PCC along with the application submitted, but there is no mention of PCC in the GCMS notes. |

FC4 is parental category of immigration applications so may be it means FC review or reviewer desk or kind of initial look at the application. |

Did anyone else send documents in July 2012 to CPC-M?
It's been a month since re-submission now and still waiting even for an AOR. When they sent the package back for correction, they had stamped/initialed our previous submission.
Just wondering if ours ended up at the bottom of the pack again or will it be processed quicker than last time?
Wondering if ordering GCMS would help at all at this time...
Anyone has fax number of CPC-M ?

Thanks Moraine. No, we did not get passport request. Only status changed to decision made, still waiting for letter about it.
Good for you, Mockava and Northclare; only a short wait now! My workmate's letter for passport request arrived via regular canadapost mail about 2 weeks after the date on the letter and it looked somewhat similar to what was recently posted here by a member (i can't remember his/her username) the difference is the timeframe ... 45 days she got not 30 days... |
