I received the request for medical dated 17-07-2012.... I have 45 days to sent it back to Ottawa....I was looking the spreadsheet to update my data....who can be so selfish and delete all the data....

Letter i received with medical request say
Your examining doctor will send your X-ray and results to the usual medical review office responsible for their territory
So I dont think that a medical done in chandigarh will be sent to Ottawa,
What u people think?
If your case is in Ottawa it is sent to CPC-O. I am sure of that, my letter said the same. |

You mention "The request Came from LVO, But the medicals need to be sent to Ottawa". when you recieve sponsorship approval does it mention where your file was transfer ? I mean your physical file is in LVO ? Sounds intersting !! Anyway Congrts !! for one step closer !! |

This is what I know after reading GCMS notes. This may /may not apply to LVO.
for CIC-O medicals, they look at it exactly 60 days from the day they issue request for medicals. If you do next day or 3 weeks after, it does not matter, they will review & update system 2 months from that date.
They will say 45 days as it takes 15 days from medicals done to send report by doc & processed by staff in CIC. Ef CIC staff does not see medicals on 60th day in the system, they will issue another letter to complete it.

Hmmm, it does not apply to my file. Med request letter was dated 07 march, but on 17th April I noticed line that medicals have been received... So if the assumption is right that if update is on file, means medicals passed, they must have looked at it before they updated file. |

additional req june 18 (today i called cic and agent told me they need more info
from me i dont know wat they need now

*all pay stubs for this period
so my question is how to show my income for this period feb 2011 to feb 2012

approved as sponsor * Today july 20, i called cic, cic agent told me u r sponsorship has been approved on july 18 2012,and send me a letter on july 18.I dont know where transfered my file at LVO OR CPP-O

Hii frndz we have one member name is "39" please help this person with his/her question since i dont have a correct answer
CPC-M asked this member to provide proof of income from 22 feb 2011 til 22 feb 2012 and they also asked for Option C for 2011........
now the problem is member's income comes out lower than what he/she needed to make that year when he/she calculates the income on paystubs for all these months from feb'11 to feb'12......
but income on Option C is accurate (good).
