This form is good only if both home address and mailing address of the applicant are in Canada.
What is home address of your parents? Is it in Canada?

Letter i received with medical request say
 
Your examining doctor will send your X-ray and results to the usual medical review office responsible for their territory
So I dont think that a medical done in chandigarh will be sent to Ottawa,
What u people think?

.I hope your families will get visa soon.Looks like there is not much backlog at Trinidad.LVO for you guys are working  great.Are there any dependents in your applications?

No, they should send to their regular/usual office, which is most likely not Ottawa.

There is no way to tell who? I would immagine there would be any trail who changed/updated it last...  I would say lock it, nd give acces only to few members who can update it. Not sure if that is possible.

Thanks apple_talk i like the way you arranged spreadsheet (transfer date column) Its easy to see whose file was transfered first and so on

i think free access to everyone should continue. these trouble makers will eventually stop once they know that their actions are not causing any harm to anyone. restoring the sheet is not a big problem by the owner but asking a few members to update for hundreds of members could be a lot to ask.

very similar to yours, send documents 4 weeks before you, got transferred to LVO ND 2 weeks after you and got the AOR two days after you.
