Hi Kandel As I applied in 2008 I sent them my origional Birth certificate and other documents and paystubs .In April 2010 I got back my origional documents with a letter that they have photocopied it and sending me back my origionals. Through our other forum I came to know almost everyone got their dox back.I also came to know that files got transferred to local visa offices and people hear this message when they access through phone. For more info you can check our other forum for march.April,May2010. I hope this helps. |

Actually I applied in 2008 via my lawyer so might be they got those dox back but I dont have those but it's cleared now that at that time files were transfer electrically only and now waiting for physical transfer which we are hoping very soon. Not have AOR yet after sending req docs on may 14, hope get good news soon as all we are waiting for.. KPIndia |

sorry to say, but our spreadsheet is way better. We control it, we can add more columns as needed etc. Very important this spreadsheet is dedicated to Parents Sponsorship applications who got additional documentation request on or after Nov 25th, 2011. It's your choice, if you don't like our spreadsheet created by volunteers you are free to use other sites. |

CPP-O is running a pilot project to clear backlogs faster. This means that your file has been chosen for the pilot project. Personally I think CPP-O will move faster in future compared to LVO. In a month or so you may be getting a PCC and medical request. Hope this helps. Other members may have more to add. |

CIC stopped taking new applications and promised to cut the backlog but after the release of 2012 q1 data it seems the processing times are even longer now..

Just a suggestion.... I understand this is going arround and finally you want it to go to the minister? If that is the case, please fix at least spelling errors before you send it around, it kind of looks unprofessional. Don't want to pick on anybody, but just a suggestion to fix if not too late. One thing is to be active in the forum where nobody cares about your grammar and spelling and completely different if you try to present something.... I would offer my help, but I am not good at this as well, but I am sure there are people who can help if you ask. |

Hi everyone! I just picked up my mail. My application GOT APPROVED. I am so happy.  I mailed all the additional docs they requested on June 25th and the approval letter dated July 6th. Now I am wondering how long it's gonna take to get medical forms. Does anybody know if my mom could have her medical check up done here in Toronto without flying back home? She is living with me on a visitor visa. |
