GOOD NEWS, I FINALLY received AOR letter yesterday via regular mail, it's dated July 4th.
 Ecas is still not updated and no email was received.

Before checking my mail I called CIC Call Centre and their DATABASE had no info. about the AOR sent to me.... previously a CIC Rep told me in order to save time CIC Mississauga does not update Call Centre database anymore but communicate with the Sponsor directly via email or regular mail.

My parents's file was transferred to Ottawa on March 1st. And since then - nothing - no medical request or anything. More than that - when I ordered Foss notes it seems like nobody did even  thouch my file - because it doesn't show police certificates on file which I sent with all additional documents.
I sent another Foss request to see the progress and guess what - it's been over 40 days and I still have not received anything......I just don't know what to do any more...it's been more than 4 month waiting for madecials.....

You can contact your MP and ask MP to send a request to get more information... or call cic and try talking to an agent...
What makes you think that CIC is not working on your file? Do you see any Activities and/or Assessments created? Do you see any correspondence?
Is your contact information correct?
Did you order electronic file or physical file or both?
How do you expect the police certificate to show up in the file?

I would suggest to talk to your MP office. Then can do a follow up.

If you provide wrong mailing address or e-mail, or typo made by CIC could cause delay for medical request.  CPP-O is over packed now.  By April 8, this office received 11665 files, which are more than any other LVO.  At the moment, European LVO is faster.  Two applicants received immigration visa (1 from London LVO and 1 from Vienna LVO).  Both of these files are finalized in 2 months at each LVO.

Hello Friends,
This morning I found that our cute Google spread sheet was little jacked up. While fixing it I also reformatted so it's better organized now.
Just a polite reminder for those who may be new to Google Docs. It saves the changes automatically. So you may be thinking your changes are only local but actually the moment spread sheet is changed it's saved to the internet copy.
BTW thanks A TON to who created this Spread sheet. It's a great tracking tool for all of us.

I am not sure contacting MP's is a good idea for processing time. Many of us have waited longer and MP contact should be left for more serious issues - I see that you are going by the Ottawa trend that they request meds and pcc right away but compared to LVO's its a bonus. Ottawa took over 2009 apps as well and I believe its simply a case of workload. Ask user gagandhillon, he felt they lost his app but it came by for him finally

I would say send an email to CPP-O email address asking about status. I am sure you will get reply back.

i did it twice and both times received an automatic response not to bother them with e-mails...

+1. I have not received a reply for the past 3 months.
In the recent medical requests (somebody posted) they clearly told do not email inquiring the status.

Shuga, I called cic like 5 times and they say they can't provide any info on files in Ottawa....
I don't see anything - it shows medical and security are not started yet....last correspondence was transfer from Mississauga to Ottawa and that's it.
There is a part about police certificate and it shows that it wasn't received....
I ordered electronic files, but last time I ordered both....but due date for those was over like 10 days ago and still nothing...so I am not sure what I can do at this point...
Contact info is correct, I check every day...lol

Did any of you, guys, spoke to an agent about files in Ottawa? Is it true they don't have access to those?

i think that police certificate does not show up in electronic files until cic starts security/criminality... i sent police certificates, i know that they were received because i see a copy of them in the physical file, but i don't see it in electronic files...

I don't know man, I had a different experience. I got a response back and what I requested was answered/done as well.
