I read from other forum,Just today, Ottawa case, IP changed to DM (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. ) the timeline:
Sponsorship apply: 30 APR 2008
Add document req. Nov 2011
Sponsorship DM: 31 Jan. 2012, transferred to Ottawa
ME in mississauga on 27FEB, 2012
MER on 30 Mar. 2012, change to IP around 1 week.
DM on 5 July, 2012

Maybe next week? Last year, sponsorourparents website updated the inventory data on their website on July 8, 2011. I assume they are using one of those cic tables, so hopefully cic releases something next week  (no guaranteies of course)

Guys, the records are probably filtered by someone - I experienced the same issue when checking recently and had to check all fields to find the one filtered on.

Do you have a link for that forum? Which forum is that?

It's a chinese forum. there are further imformations come out: the guy had DM but has not get the passport request.But another case said "jsut requested to submit passports to Seattle early this morning". both parents are in Canada, and are ottawa cases.

So, how should we interpret the above numbers for Ottawa? Is it just parents & grandparents category? Does this mean that in total they already transferred 11885 cases to ottawa and out of those 220 are at 'final decision' stage and 11665 are 'in process'? What does each mean exactly?
I suspect final decision is probably something like when meds are passed and background check passed - i.e. ready to issue visa? 
Any experts?
