Hi My documents reached on May 14th same as yours. I received AOR on June 28. Still waiting for a decision and file transfer

I got AOR from Islamabad yesterday.There is no mention of processing time on it. They mentioned to first come first serve basis processing.So I guess seniority which we had when we applied at first is gone forever now.
They asked for police clearance certificates and few other local visa office related document.
Anyway I am glad they are doing something .
File transferred on May 14,2012.

I read from other forum,Just today, Ottawa case, IP changed to DM (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. ) the timeline:
Sponsorship apply: 30 APR 2008
Add document req. Nov 2011
Sponsorship DM: 31 Jan. 2012, transferred to Ottawa
ME in mississauga on 27FEB, 2012
MER on 30 Mar. 2012, change to IP around 1 week.
DM on 5 July, 2012

Thank you Pary and kandel.I wish you guys also get AOR and approval respectively.Lets see when they will send us medical request.I am following few other people from Local visa office too.Good thing is there are very few cases other then the nov 25 batch with pending medical requests.I am pretty sure we will receive medical request this year from LVO.But lot of people are ahead with expired medicals and doing it again.Lets see what happens next. I know its not fair .We should have issued our visas by now.But getting used to it now. Kandel dear can you please update my info in spread sheet.I tried but don't see my name in there.Infact I could see only like 15 people there. |
