Mine(Medical report) was received by Ottawa on 14th May 2012 and no news yet either.
I called CIC call centre before, I was told that it may take up to three month for CIC to update medical results. |

My application is now at LVO Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago - I did not submit PCC, I was waiting to submit PCC when the request for medical is made by LVO - Time frame to get PCC is about 3 weeks - should I submit PCC now or wait until the medical is requested? By not submitting PCC at this time, will it cause any delay?

Here is the instruction I received under the section Police Certificates in my "request to update info. letter" "The police certificates can either be sent with the complete application or when the visa office requests them. Do on send police certificates separately from the application or they will be returned"

Actually I have heard the same from a call center agent but I was sure if I should believe that or not.
I guess I will find out from the visa expiry date once my parent's visa is stamped.
Hi bro, i submitted the passport for cic singapore But my parent waited 6 weeks,. I email to cic and they reply that, the files was finalised but the visas are not issued,. If they email you the same Before your passport bach, thank? |

Hi Yes we got "request to update info." with the second batch sent out to mostly 2009 march to 2009 November persons.I have included some info. at the end of this post which can be found on the immigration website under application processing times, it confirms that we were to receive our letters in batch one at end of Nov 2011.
If there is anyone on this forum that falls in the timeline below and still did not receive letter to update info. please contact the call center and insist that they send a request to mississauga office.
"*Sponsors who submitted sponsorship applications to CPC-M between 11 September 2007 and February 18, 2009, should have received a letter at the end of November requesting additional forms, documents, and information required for case processing. If you did not receive such a letter and have evidence that you submitted your sponsorship application during this period (September 2007 to February 2009), please contact the Call Centre to inform them of your situation"

No I have not received anything like that. The email I got from them after sending the passport was to make arrangement to pick up the passport as CHC in Dhaka was shut down. When does your medical expire? |
