I dont think thats the case .. you can check all these files have dependants on them and they were waiting from long tym and now its their turn thats all.... i could be wrong

Just to give you guys an update. I just called CIC and found out the my sponsorship is approved and they just transferred the file to LVO.

Question on User of Rep. form

The approval letter which I got has UCI #, that UCI is my number when I came to Canada 12 years back. My father has his own UCI # as well

Now I want to fill User of Representative form so all mail comes to me, in that form there is a query

If you have already submitted your application:

Name of Office where Application was submitted - (CPC - MISSISSAUGA)  TECHNICALLY WE SENT IMM0008 TO MISSISSAUGA, NOT LVO.

What should I put here? Mississauga or New Delhi

Location of Office:MISSISSAUGA, CANADA

I believe this would be New Delhi

CIC seems to be moving ahead processing applications - I got two emails from LVO - Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago - for my wife parents (emailed dated May 24th 2012) and my parents (email dated May 26th 2012) - RE: Confirmation of application for permanent residence.

We already had our sponsorship approved and file sent to LVO a few weeks ago.

Bu their PR file is currently in New Delhi, shouldn't I have to write that location? also where do I mail this?

Thats true aswell but as they say sooner the better.....you know i called cic after looking at ur post and agent said "i would be really surprised if they have transfered ur file already" lol he checked it though just to satisfy me nd undoubtedly nothing was new haha

Isponsered my mother, additional documentation sent in feb9, 2012. received medical on may9, 2012, on medical form noted date of birth mistake, when i checked i found i sent wrong in sponsorship forms but correct in additional forms sent in feb 2012, my mother went for medical and it was done doctor secretory changed date of birth on form and wrote correct date of birth as in passport. do i need to inform immigration office  and send request to do correction. secondly they asked to prove relationship i already sent my previous passport where my mother name was mentioned. they asked for  birth certificate but  my birth certificate have only my date of birth and mother first name but not my name on it. what can i do? please help.

dam i was really hoping to get there before summer.. its 42 degree Celsius already..
 i got no reply when i sent case specific inquiry..i wonder what goes on inside visa offices

since your case went to Delhi, so put delhi as location. Mail this to New Delhi 's  adress. It should be in the letter.

I asked my consultant frnd on this, he said dont be too technical, CIC will know wht to take from IMM5476.

I think Ecas always changes on the weekend. My  last update was medical received and it was on the weekend.
Checked ecas just now and it shows my parents file as in process instead of just saying application received. I believe we are closer to the finish line!!

Hi ssj yes i think you should inform them about your mom's dob mistake...write a letter in detail and then get your mom's signature at the end and i think attach with your medical. call cic as well ask them about it...second dont you have your grade 10 or 12th school certificates, they have your parents name on them..you can send copies of those certificates.
