you said next batch will be in about three months. does it mean the applications were submitted after Nov17, 2009. If it is the case, did CIC say time frame (Nov 17, 2009 to Month of 2010 or 2011)?

Hi Superbuddy, Yea actually he mentioned the time frame but the only thing I can remember is the year will be 2010 but I don't remember the month sorry  |

After submitting file in 2008 ...did you received AOR?
Did you get additional document request in NOV 2011....if yes when did you submit additional docs???
Hi Subh-Mit-INDIA Just to give you an update, my e-CAS is now showing as Decision Made and I phoned CIC to check the status. I have been approved and my application is now forwarded to the Visa office. God bless. Jasmin |

Additional docs requested - 3 Apr 2012 - sent out 20 Apr 2012
Additional docs requested - 17 May 2012
Now the are requesting additional docs to prove my income. But I have a question, was wondering if anybody could help me. So they want my T1 General, T4, etc. for the period from 27/04/2011 to 27/04/2012. How can I provide these documents for year 2012? It's tecnically not possible. I was thinking of sending them the copy of 2011 T1 General, T4 and all other requested docs. As for 2012 - letter of employmttn and most recent pay stabs would be the proof of my current employment. What do you think? Would this be correct?

Hi HB15030, Good for you! What's your timeline by the way? How did you check your status on line. I tried to use my financial receipts but does not work. I tried both mine and my mother's information but still does not work. I have a 12 digit file number that is in my letter from CPC-M acknowledging the receipt of additional documents but it does not work either. I applied in Sept 2009. Did they gave you an immigration file number which starts with a letter followed by 9 digits? Thanks. |

i got letter from cic on may 17,2012 stating that I have met requirements for sponsor and PR application for my parents has been forwarded to new delhi for further processing .What should we do now? or just wait
