you (your parents) will be given a form with your photo, you give the form to a doctor, the doctor is supposed to ask all the questions and fill in the form, then you sign the form confirming that it's true... you are not supposed to fill the form yourself... but you are signing it...
That's what I said but doctor never asked anything about Cancer from my mom and I would remember that because she had major surgery and it would show on x-ray. anyways........ that was past... |

the doctor should have asked... i know that some doctors don't' emphasize the questions... but never the less – they write answers to all these questions and you sign up the form confirming that it's true... then it's reviewed in medical office and you might be asked to do more test... if you lie/hide info you need to understand the possible consequences... |

Hi everyone,
I called CIC today and as they said to me last time they have sent additional documents request for the application received no later than Nov 17, 2009. and he added that the next batch will be in three to four months.

I don't think so that we signed any paper regarding this and no one lied here if they would ask, we would have told them. I remember that she had to undergo some TB test and some x-ray but nothing regarding cancer. Anyways, she came here healthy, then the cancer returned and she returned back home,she passed away there. Just on the side note that even though she had medical issues but never seen or went to hospital here(Canada) |

don't forget that the forms have changed in these 6 years as well. I know FOR SURE that 6 years ago there wasn't an X-Ray for visa extention. Now there is. Medicals exams changed a lot, in terms of their breadth and depth. |

So, finally all my frnd news for me, my sister got letter today it say we have recevived your application on feb 1 2012 for permemant residence. It is determine that application is complete and know will process as in que.  .all you guys help me alot but i still cant access my e-cas. One think more never hire any representative bcoz we give our file on 8 jan 2012 but mailed by him in end on jan. |

My file was also transferred on the 4th of April and still waiting for Medicals & PCC. Sibnadian already got meds request a few days ago. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
My timeline is same as yours too...hopefully, next week we might get something |
