i just wanted to ask a question in imm008 as there is a question about passport it says country of issue?  like for example  if someone is from INDIA and he took the passport from Indian embassy in GERMANY so should the COUNTRY OF ISSUE  be INDIA or GERMANY ?

there is a place of issue in my parents passport, It is same place as they live and different from their nationality. In your example Germany. But check their passport to see exact place.

In sentence case, I mean first letter capital and the rest in small case, this way it is easier to read than all in caps.

I have a question. My parents got their medicals done in India. The DMP office gave them some papers and asked them to send it to Ottawa telling that these papers will let Ottawa office know that they got the medicals done.

Did any one else's parents got some papers like that? Or a similar request from the doctors office?

Not sure about it but I think because they didn't mention "Type or print clearly using capital letters." you can use small letter. This is my opinion.

I had same issue with my grandparents date of birth and wrote down "n/a" and include an explanation letter about it.

as when we validate imm008 ? as after validating if we find something wrong and if we want to type it again so it is possible to validate the same form again or we have to open a new imm008 and write all information again

mash_afg you can revalidate the forms again as well you dont have to re type everything, only things will change is the # at the bottom nothing else
