At IMM008, Personal details section, item no3 what is what is "UCI"? Is that the file number we included at the recent letter we got from CIC requesting additional info??

Universal Client Identifier , if your folks ever visited Canada before and extended their visa, they are given identification # which is UCI.

You would have it too, check your PR Paper

Family_Guy, if i were you, that what i would have done.
1. Apply for a new CPP right away at the Consulate.
2. If you don't get a new one from the Consulate by May 20 or so, submit the one you have right now explaining that you applied for another one and still waiting. Because the chances are that you will get a new one by May 20th or so, then you will have time to translate and submit the correct one.

As a resident of Quebec, I need to show my income to MICC Quebec (for Quebec Selection
Certificate), not to CIC-M. Should I still send my option-c print out?

If you have Option C for 2011 then it's better to send that also, i dont have that as i can only order after April 16th. If my other documents are not completed by then i'll send 2011 proof as well.
