Do you know if my parents can pay landing fee and send receipt along with PCC. I forgot to pay the landing fee with other documents in Dec 2011.

Hi Folks, I went to the section for paying fee online. I do not see the option for Ottawa office. Has anyone paid this fee online i.e. after application transfer to Ottawa office. I am just hung up on this issue. Thanks |

hello
i would appreciate if u guys answer my question i just dont know that i should wait abit more or call cic as i started sponsorship in april 2009 and still didnt receive any request for additional document request should i wait abit more or i should call and also if u guys can answer when u guys call cic when u want to ask a general question as not specific one will they answer you even without asking your file number as some say if u call cic it may slow process of the case as i appreciate you guys for the information

correct! i dont think you will get any specific answer and depending on who you get on the phone.. you will either get an answer like "still processing sept 2007 applications" or something like " if you submitted additional documents that was asked in nov 2011 then you may get an answer in few weeks.. " etc etc.

Just saw on another board that for someone who submitted the additional documents on Feb 6, 2012 the online status changed to 2 lines (which is usually a sign that 'Decision made' status will follow soon).
Good to see they are moving to Feb submissions ...

You simply pay the fees online.. Print the receipt.. Enter the details on the receipt.. and send it to your visa office..
While paying fees online, it asks for which office you are paying the fees. The user has to select one of these. Ottawa Pilot office is not mentioned there. |

Choose Mississauga. In the past, when the file was processed by Local visa office, landing fees has to be paid to Mississauga. |

Alas! Got acknowledgment letter on mar 29,2012. wonder when e-cas will change?
Docs submitted: jan 10
Docs re-submitted: feb 23
AOR received: mar 29. Letter's dated Mar 19 though
e-cas shows 2 lines saying "Application received".
Wonder when e-cas will change and how would i know where does the file go?
