hello to all of u guys in this forum "
i really need your ideas and suggestions about my case as i started sponsersing parents at end of april 2009 as i have not recieved any letter regarding imm0008 changes and i am stiil waiting what do u guys suggest should i call them or i should still wait   please share ur ideas i appreciate every one of you advice and ideas i would be so much thankful of all of u

 I know a family who recently came from Islamabad with 3 kids. It took them over 3 years.
She was also not getting any reply back. Sabir ko yak chand waqt dega ham.

Does anybody know the most effective way to contact CPC-M?
I have called the call center again today and she said that there is no update regarding the receipt of the additional documents that I have sent Dec 5th. She could not tell me any timeline in terms of delay. I have faxed them last week as well. I have also asked her about when they enter any receipt of docs and she said "depends".
Now I do not know whatelse I can do to make sure that documents are there and if it is there, when will they start work on it? My parents medical will expire in 5 months.

I cannot handle this pressure anymore.

I know! They will not tell you if they received or not or when they will start working on it or at which stage they enter notes in their system. When I asked her about how long it takes to start working on the file for my case like mine; she is like " There is no set delay in Mississauga, if you ask me any question with "When", I won't be able to give you any answer".

My status says the decision was made and a letter was sent to me on January 18... Haven't received anything yet... it takes too long for the letter to come considering that i'm in the same province as Mississauga... called cic today - was told that i'm approved as a sponsor but they think it takes up to 3 weeks for the letter to come - so they will not recend the letter until February 8...

Bloomfield- If you don't hear anything soon, you can always request CAIPS notes to see what's going on, although it takes a month to get them

 @ tricky: CAIPS is only for local visa office, right? I have the recent CAIPS and it says that Singapore is waiting for Mississauga's decision.

FOSS is for In Canada office... it's the same form as for CAIPS - just need to put a flag that you are requestig FOSS...

Hi, Bloomfield

your parents done medical on 20-06-2011.

My three friend's parents done medical one is on 8 feb 2011 and another two on May 2011 but still nothing......
one who finished medical on 8 feb 2011 the got re-medical letter from cic.
Do not inquiry too much otherwise your file processing goes delay.
so just wait and pray....we can do nothing.
