I am thinking of submitting representative form so that I can interact with CPP-O, any suggestions?
Can we send representative form after submitting the original application? I've not heard of that or how that would impact the application. |

No update. Still waiting for medicals request. Waiting has been extended to 6th week. I am not sure if they sent a letter to my parents, if so it would take at least 3 weeks to reach my parents in India.
I am thinking of submitting representative form so that I can interact with CPP-O, any suggestions?
I'm thinking fill and sign Use of a Representative IMM5476E form will send to my parents by e-mail they can sign and fax to CPP-O....or they have to send the original ? ...any thought... |

Any changes can be informed them via fax or mail. So Fax will work too.... |

I don't think in this case it will work. I believe if you have any signature content, you should send originals. If not, then even better. |

Use of Representative:
I did not provide any use of rep form and I think as a sponsor, you don't need one. I have access to my parents file using my UCI even though they each were assigned a new UCI.
If you chose to submit this form then I believe you should provide the original and not a fax.

Additiona docs submitted to CPC-M : Last week of Dec, 2011
Sponsorship approved: 24-02-2012

I have really started to worry about not receiving medicals & PCC request.
Not sure what was going on with my parents application. I think most likely 2 things may be happening
1. CPP-O is still processing application
2. CPP-O might have sent a letter to my parents address
My request to other members of the forum, if you are active on other forums (like Shuga), did you guys see if anyone experienced 2 above. Yeah, one more thing
3. CPP-O might have decided local knowledge is neded in my application and forward application to NewDelhi, India.
