I have no idea.. but i think you can print it out.. havent heard that theyre sending original letter and email.. not sure tho. sorry |

1. IN FORM IMM 5406 AS there are 4 sections A,b,c,d should parents sign only section D can u guys help with this form please about how many sections sign
2. About stapling documents should i staple them what about you guys did u guys send them stapled or how
3. when sending to cic which courier you guys used canada post or dhl or fedex or which one
appreciate it

Hi,
I am not sure if this was answered before but I would appreciate any information. The email came today in regards with the medical and police for my parent. Is the printout from the email enough for medical office or do we need to take the original letter?

We got med request by email only, so your email is original letter, that was accepted by our MDP withot questions asked. |

Email. So far to my knowledge, CPP-Ottawa requested medicals by email only. I haven't heard a case where initial medicals request came via regular mail from CPP-O. |

Q1- Yes, parents only sign section D Q2- Do not staples, it clearly says on the green letter that you may use paper clip for small papers otherwise leave them as is. I used paper clip for ID cards and their true translations, marriage certificate and its true translation so they go altogether. I did not staples any documents including forms. Q3- I use purolater xpress post its Canada post service. I drop off on last Saturday and they received it today (Tuesday morning), they will give you tracking # so you can track down. so 2 working days they got it. Q4- If that school is under government body then yes it consider govt job but if its private school then NO. |

I am looking for a response from any individual, who applied for sponsorship of parents in 2009 and submitted additional documents to CPC-M. Is there anybody who received a response from CIC indicating their file has been transferred to CPP-O for further processing. I do not have any dependant on my file except my parents.
Response from any one will highly appreciated.

In IMM 5669 - From Q9 to Q11 does not applies to my family member so I wrote "NA" i didn't see that i supposed to write "NONE" instead of "NA" do you think that would be a problem?
I also explained in separate paper that these questions are not applicable to them.

Finally I received the approval letter today (May 29th) dated May 24th and my parents file (no dependent) has transfered to local visa office-Ankara. I was wondered if there is any body else in this forum with LVO of Ankara (parents residing in Iran) processing their application??? I have now noooooooooo idea that how long it might take from this step...any ideas???
