parents case , New Delhi Timeline after submission of PPort & medicals

My parents submitted their medicals and PPort to New delhi in July 2010.
Can anyone advice that how long does it take for the issuance of visa....
Will they check for our financial status at this stage

my case is same as yours, parents sent PP and medical in july, havent heard back yet, did they ask for income statements from you?

I'm going to be crazy!!! I sent everything to immigration quebec in order to renewal my family's CSQ. i.e. tax docs for the past four years. Now they sent another letter saying that they need to see our tax return for 2011 and business report for 2012 (i am a business owner) which I won't have until 2013!! What's going on?
