hi, my 13 yr old daughter is going to be moving to canada with me...
her father is willing to give permission for her to go
he has parental responsibility but nothing formal through the courts regarding access etc
what does the letter of consent from him need to say?
i can't find this information anywhere?

For Latino America application, this form is at the specific region forms IMM5604 (07-2008)E, as well as Supplement to schedule 1 Bracground/Declaration.
