Parent Sponsorship Letter received need additional info

I just received a letter from CPC-M regarding my parent sponsorship. They have asked to fill additional forms such as
IMM0008
IMM 5669
IMM0008DEP
IMM5406
I know all these forms need to be fill by principal applicant which is my father. Now I don't see any question where they are asking for sponsor family detail or changes details because my daughter was born after i applied meaning I have one addition in my family. How should I notify them or just wait and see if they ask. Please help

Secondly, I haven't paid landing fee before do i have to pay now or I can also pay later once processing start from back home embassy or consulate which is Islamabad.

Hi mesahill!

Congrats on the letter. My brother (my mother and my sponsor) also got it.

So to your questions:

1) After they get all your family's information (your dad, in your case), they will ask you to update yours, then you'll be able to tell them about your daughter, job change and everything. My brother was also confused with this and he called CIC and they told him this. Only then you will be approved as a sponsor for sure and they will transfer the file to a visa office.

2) You don't need to pay the landing fee now. My brother also asked this to the CIC, they said it's recommended to pay it now, but not mandatory, you can pay it later if this all took you by surprise.

I have also received a letter from Immigration for my mother. First of all I would like to confirm from you guys that,

(1) Do they want my mother to fill out all these documents??

(2) What is this UCI no? What does she need to fill in that??

(3) My mother is a widow, does she need to submit death certificate of my father?? along with application...

(4) Does she need to submit a copy of my birth certificate to confirm our relationship?? Is there any other document will help in proving proof of relationship of mother-son??

Please reply ASAP at your best, b'coz time line is so tight...

Hello!

1) Yes, if your mother is the principal applicant, she needs to fill out and sign all the forms. If she has any dependants on the application (spouse, son, daughter...) they need to fill them out too, except for IMM008, they need to fill IMM008DEP, but all the other ones as well. Regardless if they're going with your mom or not.

2) Your mom doesn't have one yet. Leave it blank. It's a client id number.

3) No, no certificate. Just put she's a widow and day of death where it's requiered on the forms.

4) Well, my mom and I are submitting birth certificates just in case to confirm proof of relationship. So I would recommend, yes. Unless you prefer to send a National ID or anything else.

Hi also wondering, Does my mother has to submit her birth certificate or not??? Would it be okay to submit a birth affedevit instead of birth certificate??

I can't say I'm sure, but all your need is whatever legal document that prooves your mother's relationship with the sponsor. The sponsor's birth certificate, for example...

BTW: I'm sorry, I gave incorrect information. Your mother has to list her dependants on IMM008. If she has more than five, she needs to fill out IMM008DEP with the ones left, if not, she doesn't need to fill it out.

i m also wondering, my mother had refusal for visitor visa in 2008. She doesn't have that refusal letter. does she need to submit that refusal letter?

how can i get the copy of a refusal letter??

Greatly appreciate your help, I have Not  received any Letter from CIC requring additional information for the sponsorship case of my parents. I have applied in May 2008 and now finding on this forum that people who have applied in May 2008 have received letters. Please help what should I do, I am planning to call the CIC call centre in a day or two and then write them in writing as well to see if they have any further information. Any body from May 2008 who have not received letter from CIC, please respond........your help is greatly appreciated and what did you do so far?
