What are you unclear of?

and yes it is a 10 year multi entry visa where they can stay up to 2 years at a time requires medical insurance for all parties coming, would be subjected to meeting a LICO and showing sufficient ties to their homeland

no the visa is good for 2 years they just have to leave Canada and come back in and they need insurance good for the duration of their trip I assume thy would get a visitor record for the length of their stay and they would need to show CBSA they have insurance for that amt of time

How would you prove family ties when the SUPER VISA itself is valid for 10 years with 2-year for single entrance?

Is it by saying you have another family member (like your other son/daughter) in the home country and you wanna see him/her after 2 years? This is ridiculous. And think about the parent who is widow/widower with no other children (like my mom). Huh

I think is like your parents have their brother and/or sisters in home country, i.e. your aunts and uncles in the home country.
