Total time spent in Canada for renewal of PR card is 730 Days. Thus the time is calculated in terms of number of days (NOT months).
But in the application form the details to be filled is in MONTHS only. No where there is mention of dates. How then the authorities are supposed to calculate exact days ?
Is it necessary that you you receive an acknowledgement letter for your application submitted for renewal?

The application form is filled out in months but note at the end of each line for your travels, you fill out how many days you have been absent from Canada.
