breaking news is old now for most of us.... so I am not breaking any news now.... I had pass marks (points) with old system, but was not possible for me to apply with proposed point system... but since, it is clear that, point system remains same.... papu pass ho gaya  ..... ************************************************* those who don't understand Hindi; papu - is mostly kid's funny nick name pass ho gaya - got pass marks in school exam |

I am also interested for Canadian Immigration. Kindly help me regarding the following:
1. I am Pakistani and currently doing job in Saudi Arabia, so from where I need to submit my application?
2. Do i need to submit IELTS result with application or later on as IELTS testing date is available in August.
3. Would I be able to apply under NOC 1122 as i am Financial auditor with more than 7 years experience.
Shall be thankful for your advice.
