How did everyone present your information?
Did you paperclip each form together along with the additional sheets needed?
Or just binder-clip Part One (Sponsor), Two and Three.
Just curious how I will put this all together.
Right now I am creating a table of contents and a cover letter...any other advice?

One small binder clip for sponsor and applicant forms and one large (huge) binder clip for supporting information, separated into sections according to type (chat printouts, FB printouts, emails, cards and letters, letters of support etc) using tabs.  Photos in an envelope, arranged chronologically.

You have to put it in a way that will make it easy for them to open and read.
You don't want them to start looking at your case with a grumpy face because of difficulties to open the envelope,
or a "staple cut" on their fingers....

Make sure that every page has the "sponsored" name/date of birth/ document reference number (Form nbr, question nbr...)
try to imagine that the package will blow away, and you want to make it really easy for them to put it back together...

Don't forget to photocopy the whole package once is ready...   Wink

The way that we did it was to put each section together like the sponsor application pages all paperclipped together, then the questionnaire etc. etc. We then took a look at the document checklist and arranged everything in order the way it was on the sheet so that they just had to take the document list and go through and see everything was in order. I figured the easier that we made it for them would be better for all. I wouldn't fret too much about it though as long as you have the document list in there and have everything that it asks for.
