My mean here is not to encourage people to go Australia.

I want that people who got rejected by Canadian immigration must think for Australian immigration...

Nothing is impossible.

Australia is looking for more young and entry level professionals. On the other hand, Canada is looking for experience people with Managerial experience.

Thats all crap. Is that why Canada wants you to have only ONE year experience in one of 38 occupations which are in demand at the moment. Do people in your country become managers after just ONE year of service?

Well one thing is true Australia offers more opportunities for young people.

Age between 21-29 (30 points)
Occupation in Demand (60 points)
IELTS 7 Band (25 Points)

You don't need to Pass French exam, No Adaptability points.

They would even give you Bonus points for community language (5 Points)
Occupation in Demand (15 points)

What you need esle?

dear bakusalman, just a few comments in response to your comments.

- canada doesn't have different age brackets for awarding different points for age.
- for 60 points for occupation, you need to have your skills assessed from the respective skills assessing authority. unlike canada.
- you need to have your experience directly related to your educational background or you wont have the positive skills assessment... again unlike canada.
- IELTS 7 band is not possible for everyone. also remember that if you are married, your spouse also needs to go through IELTS.
- the community language points that you are referring to is only when you have completed all your education in your native language. or if you pass an examination to become an Interpretor for your native language. please see the aus immigration instructions carefully.
- aus immigration is processed in months mainly because they have limited occupation in eligibility list. now that canada also has limited occupations in the list, they (canada) are also claimining to process all new cases in 6-12 months.

hope these comments help you making a correct decision.

Kindly let me know If for someone can't score 67 points for Canadian Immigration that what he/she need to do?

Wait for a year to improve any of 6 factor? But there is a chance that their occupation can be replaced by another one.

So in this case better to try for Australian immigration and it is not hard to get positive skills assement.

Remember nothing is IMPOSSIBLE

By all means go for it

If you really cant wait to immigrate to another country and you feel that Australian immigration policies would be more welcoming for you at present then nothing should stop you from giving it a go.

I talked to one of my friend who is dealing with Australian immigration here in Islamabad as an immigration Agent. She is very reputeable immigration agent here in Islamabad. I asked here about the procedure to apply for Australian immigration and she told me that most of the cases are being rejected by Austra;lian high commission. They impost y and reason to reject these cases because of the certain economical crisis and current situation in Pakistan. She till said that if u want to apply, its ok but i will advise you to wait till the thngs get better a bit, rather then getting a rejection at this stage.

i talked to a friend in Chandigarh who is a reputed Australian immigration consultant for student visas. He said there was no issue till last weeks, but ozies have suddenly tightened the strings since last week on student visas and put many applications on hold.

Smiley

they are not officially saying anything, but it seems the student visa process is well laiout and the ozies are not sending out any communication (good or bad) to applicants or their consultants since a week. Even the stamped passports expected back in the last week have not been received yet.
