What is first official language of pakistan?

I was going through the ielts table so it is something like as follows.
If 1st official language is english then L 7.5   R 6.5   W6.5  S 6.5  THEN we get 16.
And if english is 2nd official language then even if u acquire the above band,u will get just 8.

please help me and correct me if i am wrong.

Test Scores are for Canada's official language-English & French, not Pakistan.
Maximum 16 for the first official language & maximum 8 for the 2nd official language of 'Canada'.

choose 1st language and 2nd language between english & french - so as you are not claiming anything for french english will automatically me considered as your first language and you will get max 16 marks and 0 for french.
