Pakistani Citizen applying from Saudi Arabia for Student Permit...ULTRA URGENT

I graduated in June 2007 from Pakistan. It's been TWO years now.
I'm currently living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a Temporary Resident Visa. I'm currently umemployed. I can explain the TWO years as follows
June 2007 - Graduated from Pakistan
August 2007 to January 2008 - Research Associate at International Islamic University Islamabad
February 2008 to August 2008 - Came to Saudia on a VISIT VISA and during 8 months I took/prepared for TOEFL & GRE tests
September 2008 to December 2008 - Went back to Pakistan. It took me 4 months to get work visa for Saudia
December 2008 to March 2009 - Back to Saudia. Worked with a company for 3 months.
April 2009 - Present - Unemployed
January 2010 - Classes start in University of Alberta
Now, in the employment section on the visa form, should I write unemployed? Also...my brother was denied visa in 2003. The visa form also asks if any siblings applied for or were denied a visa. Should I mention my brother's denial?
Any more help would be gr8...THANK U guys in advance and keep up this gr8 forum

Hey!
You should mention all the facts there are to be mentioned. Do not lie about any facts as they will find out later and it will ruin your chances of getting the visa.
If you are unemployed, you should write unemployed!
Best of Luck!
