Hi Pakistani Applicants whoose visa office is CHC London

In the documents checklist (submitting your complete application) we need to send to CHC London

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

(6)
•Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-sealed envelopes

•College or university documents: certification of completion and the graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee;

•Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)"

QUERIES

(1) what you people think do we need to send original transcripts in university sealed envelopes??? I have one set of originals, should I get one more set of originals from university mean duplicate copies. Do we need to certify these transcripts from HEC and mininstry of foreign affairs.

(2) What about degree?? Should it not be original  he says it should be notarized and should it not be sealed in university sealed envelope??? Do we need to certify it from HEC and Ministry of foreign affairs.

Please provide feedback. It will help us all.

Thanks

You need to send the original transcripts in a university sealed envelope. You can request university for another copy for your own records. Having transcripts attested from HEC and minstry of foreign affairs is good but its not a requirement from visa office.

(2) What about degree?? Should it not be original  he says it should be notarized and should it not be sealed in university sealed envelope??? Do we need to certify it from HEC and Ministry of foreign affairs.

You need to send only notarized copy of degree not orignal and same if its attested by HEC is good.

Please provide feedback. It will help us all.

Thanks

Remeber we need to send the original transcripts not the attested copies of the original. So if you get another set of originals that will be for your own record what visa office require is the original transcript in unversity sealed envelope.

if i get another set of originals that will be duplicate copies and its written on them that they are duplicates. you mean we send the first originals and keep the duplicate copies for ourselves. thats bad. i want to keep the first originals and send duplicate to them. please  comment. thanks

See on the visa office checklist they said originals not the duplicates so you have to send the originals and you will get them back once decision is made on your application with the landing papers.

yes thats correct but tell them to stamp on the seal after closing it so the visa officer knows that university put the transcripts in the envelope and sealed it with the stamp and no one after that has opened the envelope.

Thats fine why as long as you understand it Smiley this whole procedure is just to convience visa officer that your transcripts are original straight from university and no one has opened the enevelope to replace the transcripts.
