What is first Step Letter? I submitted my medical in Feb-2011 and got again interview in November.
is there anyone who got same situation

First step letter comes after Medical. London VO just requires photocopies of your passports. Than they direct Islamabad VO to send you the step 2 letter in which they ask you to send original passports to Islamabad, so that they can stamp VISA on it. |

hhhmmm i have sent on 13th oct, they mentioned that i have to be with out passports for 4 week, but i have to travel on 27th oct, i will get it before that |

I sent my Medical about 16 days back. Today my address disappeared but Ecase status is still ''In Process". Am I close to get PPR 1?

Yesterday I finally got PPR step 1 letter via email just 3 days after disappearance of my address, and about 20 days after Medical. I dispatched the docs hurriedly today via DHL so that it may reach to London VO on Monday morning.

You are the luckiest person alive  Congrats. It has been two months almost for me to have sent my Medicals & Nothing yet. My address has disappeared recently so i hope i get the PPR Step1 soon.... |

Dear all, Firstly, I would like to congratulate all of you on getting as far as you did and i pray all of you successfully immigrate to canada, not to mention that you successfully settle there. I am a potential immigrant from Karachi, Pakistan and i am about to start my immigration process(I have started gathering the documents , taken IELTS etc) Now i have got a little request here, i would really appreciate if anyone of you would be kind enough to take a little time and talk to me privately. preferably on phone, if not then email. You see talking privately is a lot more convenient and efficient than posting a query here and waiting .although i must mention the great work a lot people are putting in by replying prompting to the queries.but still talking privately is definitely better.
