Insurance Rates for new License is higher then older ones. A friend has Dodge caravan 7 seater and is paying 550$ / month for insurance. I dont have exact figures but toyota corolla will be costing 300$ + / month for insurance only. (I am talking about new models not 10 years old cars).
Please do check insurance cost before buying a car in Canada

Yar I sincerely hope not, possible delay in PPRs post July/ Mid Aug: - Winter starts by the time you reach (Oct/Nov) which is not good for kids from our region as it will not give them time to acclimatize. - Winter may hamper settling down, specially if you need to get a home etc. - Companies may not be hiring Pre Christmas/New Year, this is for professional jobs not survival jobs. I do not know maybe I am being very presumptuous. In my personal opinion Post Medical processing should be very fast in 1 month or so. They should conduct check and whatever they want before issuing Meds so that the applicant is not bogged down by waiting and waiting. |

You are asking a million dollar worth question  No one has exact answer we are just guessing, yesterday I have seen 2 applicants on this forum getting PPR who have done medicals in the mid of June, but south Africa visa office |

i also applied in dec2009.got meds request in mar2012 with add docs request.the main application form i think IMM0008 had changed format.i filled and validated it but i didnt knw abt the UCI so i left it blank.is it ok or we are supposed to have some UCI? asking u coz u must have sent this form and ur timeline is similar as mine.
