I have one question in mind, what is done with our files during PPR1 and PPR2. What takes them 4 weeks to ask for PPR2.
lol.. it took me six weeks to get PPR-2.. However, when i sent a CSE to LVO after 6 weeks of PPR-1 and in reply they sent me PPR-2. Seniors can comment better, but what i heard is.. they print our VISA with our pictures and send them to Islamabad, after that they request for PPR step 2.

Anybody has experienced this ? My daughter has a single word, name no surname attached as per th birth certificate. In passport this name is mentioned against surname and passport officer told me that single name is always displayed in first column that is for surname. given name column is empty, do you think it may create any problem? this is the same passport I have submitted with my full documents to CHC.
I had same issue with my children, so passport officer put my second name in front of their given name.

I also suffered the same situation. My wife MR showed First name of mine. I requested them to change the MR. They sent me the revised with my wife's single name. I think you need to be very cautious of the fact all the time.

Well guys...just to share my personal view on this, my both daughters got admission in a good school and i just enrolled them. I had to face some financial impact out of it...but its our children we are talking about . We should prepare ourselves for the worst case scenario as well......however as i said before...this is just my point of view. Arsalan, I also got my children admitted for the new session and obviously it costs. Yes hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Agreed with Imran and Arsalan. I also got my daughter admitted in pre-school for september session although am very hopeful and expecting PPR1 soon But for parents of a pre-schooler I think it is the best decision atleast their young beings get to know how to socialize and will learn how to adjust in new enviroment so afterwards it will help them when they will reach to ENTIRE new enviroment Regards

Insha Allah you will be having your PPR very soon. Applications from May-July 2009 are having PPRs these days. Thats your analysis i read on the same forum. Remember us in your prayers
