Anybody has experienced this ?
My daughter has a single word, name no surname attached as per th birth certificate. In passport this name is mentioned against surname and passport officer told me that single name is always displayed in first column that is for surname. given name column is empty, do you think it may create any problem? this is the same passport I have submitted with my full documents to CHC.

Ali and Faisal, I dont think there is any need to fill out this chart separately for all family members, the form contains info about full family
One Chart for the whole family is enough. Data of every member of the family takes just one row. I myself sent only one form for the whole family.  |

Actually I have a very bad experience in life when my father got US immigration but could not move due to his untimely demise, as a result one of my brother could not continue his studies because he was planning to get admission when we moved to US. Now my brother is in Canada since last 14 years with his family and doing good but his studies never got completed. Therefore, I am willing to spend some money for the sake of continuity of my children's education and do not wish to take any risk at all.
I hope you agree.

Very much Agreed Sir, by considering this risk factor and others in mind i have decided to let my children continue their education in PAK and when immigration process completes then i will see what to do. |

Yes i think you can show property valuation. My teacher do the same and he got medicals. But you can confirm with other senior members. Yaar tension maat loo ap. Mugh say bhi bohat khuch manga tha.Original degrees.
Bank statement.
proof of relative.
updated forms.
travel form.
IMMIGRANT SUMMRAY FORM.
Medicals.
RPRF.

RMALI Breaking newsJust got PPR1, They have asked me to submit passport copies, photos and updated information chart The word PPR1 is not mentioned anywhere but written that your application has reached final stages of processing so that your visa can be issued please send these docs asap. Yes one of my friends has the same issue with his wifes name. Now he is in canada and facing some problems. best of luck |

I am also on the same boat Ghulam bhai. New session of schools are going to start from next month. In a state of confusion, what to do as this involve a reasonable amount of investment.
Well guys...just to share my personal view on this, my both daughters got admission in a good school and i just enrolled them. I had to face some financial impact out of it...but its our children we are talking about . We should prepare ourselves for the worst case scenario as well......however as i said before...this is just my point of view. |

I checked with my VO and got reply that this is not a problem to have a single word name I have sent PPR1 docs today and now waiting for PPR2  Hope to get PPR2 by Eid inshAllah. Thanks everyone for wishes |

1. They want ink pen to be used. I've used black ink.
2. One form would work, filled by the primary applicant. No need to fill out multiple forms.
Thank you very much for the reply brother! I am going to do the same but rather than using an ink pen, I am going to write with a black pointer; hope it works! (?) |
