Hi all.. We are March 2009 applicants. Our MR came in Feb 2012 and we did it on 12th March 2012. I had a baby in may 2012 and we have sent the updated docs and applications today to the LVO. Anyone who has had to wait after their own medical, for the new baby's medical might be able to help. We are wondering if we will have to wait 3-4 months after the baby's medical for our PPR-1? Does anyone have a similar experience that they can share? Just trying to figure out if they have already processed our medicals or will take additional 3 months after baby's medical.. And is it true that they will process your visa before your medical expires? Is that the standard practice? Any help will be appreciated.. Thanks!c  |

Medicals so close to expiry and still no PPR step 1.
Repeated emails to LVO and their reply always mentions that your file awaits review by IO as B/G checks complete.
I mean when will this review take place ... after the medicals EXPIRE!
Loosing hope to get PPR within time now ....
Boss, same situation here. i wud request you do not write them so frequently. you know LVO asked me updated forms and Original Experience letter after 11 months of my mediclas.and now my ecas status again RBVO. We all are praying. Inshallah every thing will be in our best interset. |

dear mates i have a question. i inquired LVO 3 weeks before and they did not respond. now the reason which is see is that application processing times have changed. For pakistan its 37 months and for london visa office its 29 months.The question is if they have shifted our files from pakistan to london visa office which they did on 30th june 2010, then would they consider our processing time of london visa office(29 months) or that of pakistan(37 months)? its been 29 months since i have submitted my complete application package which was jan 2012.
I think its 37 months for Pakistani applicants..no matter if our cases r being dealt by LVO or not.....most of the applicants have passed the 29 months wait period and still no PPRs......  |

That will put good impact in our cases .
I hope they will focus on the backlog now.
But again we are 2009 (MI-1) applicant .
I heard many ppl who did medical in April 2012 have got their PPR1 (because they applied in 2011(MI-2 or MI-3) applicants)

Thanks for your input. When did you get this 2-4 weeks review email. I do not have 2 -4 weeks for PPR1 as only a total of around 8 weeks left for total process !
I hope it works out in time ..
Hi I sent email on 20 april 2012 and 1 thing is quite amazing I sent they 4 emails and always got reply same day apart from very first email. now its the the 3rd week since that email. My meds are due to expire in November 2012. I have a plan to go alone first and than arrange some home and call the dependents. Allah Almighty knows best about our future. Regards |

Dear Seniors,
Needs ur urgent guidelines......I am waiting for my PPR since last 3 months after completing my Medicals......as a matter of fact on medical request they didn't asked me the POF. According to my Caips notes...V.O quote that......PA is claiming 23400 CAD in Bank acount noXXXX, Original bank letter and account summery and 6 months statements are on file.LICO appears met....
My query::::
as a matter of fact i had to draw the amount to purchase a home here in Pak.so my account has nominal value of funds now.........I am just waiting for PPR so if they ask for POF again i ll submit that at once.......Am i doing the right thing?
according to LVO..my background checks are going on......so r they gonna check my account on their own in "background checks" or Background checks only means security or criminality checks???
Please reply ASAP.

Same in my case, I guess litmus test is when you land there and they ask you for proof of funds. |
