In my limited understanding-  IF you are post june 2010 applicant and you are waiting after meds. then your case should get a decision/visa before Aug '12 max. (here plz remember Aug '12 is quite crucial on the time line coz this would be the time when VOs would start getting and processing MI4 applicants and also start running out of their yearly visa quota stock)
For friends who are done with Meds but their cases were submitted before june 2010, VOs may keep a parallel but a slow process to wrap up such cases and friends may have to wait till dec or first quarter of '13.
I really wish a very sucessful (here or in CAD) year for all of us Smiley

thanx bro for info and wish... My meds are going 2 b expire on 10th Aug 2012.

hi Seniors
First wish all of you the best of every thing
my medicls were done on 28 march and i send my new born processing fees during my med i also rec his med after 3 weeks and they are also done on 28 april 2012, yesterday i send an enquiry as when i will recieve the PPR, and i got the reply today that "back ground check outstanding", what does that mean and what will background check includes?
arent they suppose to do it before med
i applied in aug 2009 to sydney novascodia/ case shifted to london june 2010

BTW, I wonder if they brought your PPs at your door. coz their visa/PP service requires customers to visit TCS HQ for all businesses

I think you are right Darwaish...I believe you need to receive your passports from TCS Visatronix. You have to show your original ID card and pay cash to get PP. Thats what I did to receive my original documents from TCS Visatronix.

I didnt get PPR-2 right now so i have no idea what they charge for passports. My Medical request came thru Visatronix n they charged me 1200/- for the MR letter.

If you read the second paragraph of PPR2 ( I posted earlier) its clearly mentioned that passports shall be returned via TCS COD (cash on delivery) and Visatronix is a subsidiary of TCS. Simple!
