Alhumdulilah, By the grace of All mighty ALLAH, i received PPR Step 1 via email yesterday on 18.06.2012. I am a Quebec applicant from Pakistan.
Timeline.
CSQ quebec applied :August 2005
Got CSQ after Interview in Abu-Dhabi April 2009
App filed for frderal part July 2009.
Meds + PCC + RPRF Jan 2011
2nd Interview in CHC Islamabad Nov 2011
Re Med + Upadated PCC + Renewed CSQ March 2012
PPR Step 1 June 2012.

That is something difficult to digest, did you submit all originals earlier and they returned or you never submitted originals, did you fill new forms earlier and same forms they are askung again. This is strange  I submitted old forms, photocopies of the educational documents were sent. |

Friends, I have a query: when i got my medicals with rprf, i was asked to submit the documents within 90 days of the letter.
did you get the same timeframe of 90 days with your medicals? i feel like the next review would be after 90 days the letter then.

Dear members who are still waiting for their PPR-1 or PPR-2, this is my suggestion and experience that send e-mail reminder with the subject "URGENT"and express the urgency rather than simply inquiry. In my case for both PPR-1 and PPR-2 i sent them e-mail reminders and the very next case they sent me the request. Dear All, yesterday i send email to LVO and see following reply i got, i asked them as 120 days passed since MR issues but MR received line nt added and update regarding the BG Check
they replied
Background checks are still outstanding and may take 2 to 3 months to complete.
We cannot comment on the ecas status as this service is not administered in London.
Dont worry mostly after medicals they replied : Background checks are in process.Azmat one thing more that you also got reply in May 2012, is it same or different. ? Becoz today you got again same reply.hi Seniors

my medicals were done on 28 march and i send my new born processing fees during my med i also rec his med after 3 weeks and they are also done on 28 april 2012, yesterday i send an inquiry as when i will receive the PPR, and i got the reply today that "back ground check outstanding", what does that mean and what will background check includes?
arnt they suppose to do it before med
i applied in aug 2009 to sydney nova scodia/ case shifted to london june 2010
