In my view, LVOs visa quota for 2011 was over sometime around Oct 2011 and then we observed a frozen situation for people at the stage of ppr1/ppr2 .It continued till Jan ‘12 when the new quota started flowing maple leaf again.
Now, for your case, I strongly believe that you InshAllah will get your ppr1 in next two weeks and the visa before june end......sounds great isn't it  Wink

My friend I am as limited as any of us to read through this visa processing happening across the wall.
My words are no more than a good will guess Smiley and I am sure anybody can do it.
While trying to do so, my suggestion would be to consider following factors in the given order (purely my view)
Time of application (MI1, 2 or 3): consider which slot has priority now a days e.g. during last quarter MI2 was on a the higher priority apparently (though recent trend are showing that MI3 has taken over the priority place)
Country of origin: The most crucial factor –like PAK applicants will always have a slower/longer quo compared to IND or Philippine. (needless to say why)
NOC: which professions are getting quicker responses/replies e.g. recently VOs were booking doctors like anything (BTW I love DOCS Smiley.  Over the year, this trend keeps changing from time to time and without any notice.
VOs situation at a given time: Feb. to June is usually a high season for visas as the VOs are loaded with new visa quotas and usually there are no significant instructions/changes in their operations till July.
Hope these points help in mapping out app processing trends

Aur haan app ka case....in my view, seems to fetch the maple leaf in the coming fall. Best wishes  Smiley

In that case usually their city HQ calls you and you will have to pickup things from their office after presenting your original ID.
BTW, I wonder if they brought your PPs at your door. coz their visa/PP service requires customers to visit TCS HQ for all businesses
