Does a police certificate in absence matter? as mine was picked up by my father so they stamped on it "Issued in Absence".

Well guys if London is your local office its better to check London office requirement. I would share my experience with you so go on and ask. plus also check middle east applicant as there visa office is London aswell. good luck. ta

Canadian PR use to take 5/6 yrs but we were happy. Now it takes max 1 year but we can't wait and before filling application start asking, when will i get med/Passport request? Do your home work, check forum previous pages read CIC site and respect seniors

@ amerzd, i want to know is there any negatives about writing to CHC. even if i write humbly, do they take it against you and delay the process do we know any case like that ?
if there is a noticable reason behind your commnication then CHC always gives positive response and accomodate you but if you want them wakeup on your case then they actually mind it and replies you a generice answere asking you to mnimise the correspondance. I am not sure if they put case back and take a revenge in some way. |

through email about your family structure change or
do u send them registerred mail...or
u are waiting to complete all the documentation and after that u intimate them attached with all the document + fee, if so then where u send your mail CHC ISD OR london...

All Depends in what circumustances you are writing to CHC. In some cases people just get frustrated and start irritating things. But in some cases it is most important to send them alerts and enquire about unneccesary delays. It has many other reasons, like lost of certain mail in transit etc. In fast track when time limit is very much clear by minister then it is our right to enquire if things go out of one year limit or we feel like our case is being treated differently then others or standards of fast track. Fast track is all about Time frame. Though we have to be careful and avoid unnecessary communications but at the same time CHC is not our client but we are the Clients of CHC. |
