Dear Bros,
I received the document request in Jan, but now I have relaized that I made a mistake in the initial application:

1. Address on Nikah Nama is different from current and permanent address. ( Reason being I have two homes in the same vicinity and I have lived on the other address) I did not realize it till I got my marriage certifiate/translation done.
2. There is some discrepency in regards to my employment period for an employer (I was employed there 10 yrs ago for a period of 14 months)

I need your expert guidance how to go about addressing these issues. Should I fill the forms out with current information and send with documents or write a letter explaining the error.

I would be extremely grateful for any help. I ahve all the document ready to be sent but very confused and worried about this.
