thank you Ra00.. for your prompt reply..
Please guide me in bank statement. Does this bank statement be valid till their verification and after 3,4 months when the verification process is then this account be used for other purposes, Or you have to bring this amount to canada with you.

for example if someone has not so much money at the spot he got some money from some fellows, and after 3,4 months he returned it to them. and then with some low amount he flew to canada, is it possible.

Please explain.

CHC is quite smart dear. they can ask you fresh bank statement with 3-6 month transaction history any time(with medical or with passport request)
yes you have to bring this amount to Canada along with you...AT landing they can check.

Hi Rimsha,
As per the above information you've posted shows that you had applied in 2004 and afterwards, CHC Isb has requrested you to submit IELTS result within 90 days starting from x date. It must be very clear to you that IELTS result remains valid for 2 years. This is the reason why CHC has asked you to go for this exam. So far as you are worried about refusal of your application, please be aware that CHC never asks anything to refuse. However, good scrore would be anticipated by them.

 @  Rimsha
if you provide required IELTS score (to reach at least 67 point) within the time frame given by CHC,your file will re open. just do it

If visa office is requesting IELTS to be submitted within 90 days then file is not/not CLOSED and case is not/not REFUSED. What is your ecas status showing online? If it is DECISON MADE, then the case is refused and even you submit the IELTS , file will not be re-opened as it has passed the assessment stage

Rimsha........No Worries at all. I personally know a person who applied under that old system back in 2004 and same asked for IELTS. Just go for IELTS and submitt within the desired period of 90 days.

Best Of Luck for your IELTS..

Hello everyone

I am having questions I did bcom from Karachi jan2004-dec2005 but during second year i also start a job i.e. from apr,2005 to aug2006 as a full time employee and i want to show this experiance to gain the points so my question is...........

Q1   is it possible to claim points for my full time work during apr, 2005 to dec 2006 while studying full time as well
Q2   my exp. letter doesn`t mention wather its was a full time or a part time job so if i tell them (cic) my exp. from apr 05 to dec 05 was a part time and rest was full time ........will it work out for me??

i am applying under FSW CAT. 1 ..............NOC # 1111

90 days remaining to send full appl. to london visa office

Claiming full time education and full time experience for the same period looks very dodgy to me. I am sure you only score 67 points if you claim the work experienced in that period when you were also studying full time?

What did you submit to CIO Sydney? OR what did you mention on Simiplied forms (before Feb 28, 2008)

Dear Friends,

Salaam. I have a question about the work experience letter.
I used the 4121 NOC code (University Professor). I'm asking the university about work experience letter. They gave me a letter which does not contain all details that CIC mentioned, e.g. main responsibilties & duties and the total annual salary plus benefits.
And one more problem. I should accompany the work letter with business card od the person who signed the letter, but there is not any kind of business card among the heads of university. So what should I do?

What's your suggestion to overcome this problem.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Your cooperation is highly apriciated well in advance.
Regards,
E.B.

yes i was studying and working full time during 04/05 to 12/05

and the simplified form i submitted to cic sydeny i mention that during that period (04/05 to 12/05) i was working part time

but in my experiance letter its not mention wather the work is full time or part time so do i need new exp. letter? or what?

Esha........For your experience letter, attach the letter that your institution have provided you and further expalin your company policy and attach as an explanation with your experience certificate, They would confirm it by their own sources....This is what i think and let Rao, Domingo, Manj and others to comment.

Can't you get a letter which is mentioning at least your job description?
