Riz, As per the information available CHC-ISB has issued PPR to those who had medicals upto 31st August, 2009. You may have to wait more. |

Hi Seniors, I am Pakistani working in UAE. Waiting for my IELTS result and soon InshAllah will submit my application to CIO. I have one question in application they asked for Local Visa Office, what shall I choose. As per online guide for UAE residents its CHC London. But is it must for me to go through CHC London or I can request CHC Islamabad. What do you advise if choice is mine then which is better and faster, CHC London or CHC Islamabad?

I would go with CHC London. You do not need IELTS result for CIO application. IELTS result is required for second stage submission. regards Hi Seniors, I am Pakistani working in UAE. Your visa office will be "LONDON, UK" don't just put London as London is also in canada as i heared... when I applied I wrote "London, UK" waji |

Imran, you have an option to chose between CHC Islamabad and CHC London. If I were you, I would chose CHC London. Because if you chose CHC Islamabad, then sending passports via courier to CHC Islamabad from UAE and then receiving passports back in UAE can be a problem, reason being, sending passports in and out of Pakistan through courier is not legal (though there are people who have been successful doing so). As far as better and faster is concerned, I think both are maybe about the same. |
