Dear All

I have applied for PR in Feb 2008 and CHC started processing my application from  06 March 2008 (which means fast track). In march 2009 after completion of one year my status was changed to "Application sent to Nova scotia syndey" and after few days it changed to APPLICATION RECEIVED, uptill now i have not received any communication from CHC.

Many people here, got documents request / medical within 5 - 6 months then why is it taking so long in my case, any idea guys.

By profession i am a banker with 6 years of experience and 18 yrs of education.

you should write chc about the exact status of your pr application.

Dear Mis,
I am in the same boat. I applied at CHC Islamabad in May 2008. ECAS " Application Received" . I checked with CHC Isb they said they already submitted application to CIO.

Hi Asif, More important thing is you NOC you had mentioned in your application. You are lucky that your application we considered in FT but NOC does also matter. What do you say?

I have worked under different NOC numbers and one falls under 38 O list during last 10 years.
The question is why it is taking too long for some applicant particulary mid 2008 applicants to review eligibility while application sent after that already got reviewed?

Can you please tell how long you've been working under that NOC which comes under 38 approved categories?

3 years continueous experience. ( May 1998 - May 2001)

Exaactly, you should get postive response now a days. You are advised to check your mailbox if you had mentioned in your application.

RaOO bhai, today it's been 59 days after forwarding complete documents. Which is still withing normal range (e.g. 60-70 days). Manj is also close to me and we both are expecting +ve outcome letters withing next 10 days. I will try any email in case I don't hear anything within reasonable time.

Hi every one I found this forum very informative so i joined it to get some information.

I have found an email yesterday from CIO, they said that i have to submit full application to CHC Islamabad in next 120 days.

I need to know few things here.

whether i have to send Police clearance Certificate at this time or any later stage.
Whether my bank account statement will be needed with this application or later.

Kindly it will be very nice if someone explain the next milestone and the required documents in getting immigration.
Just like i got +ve response from CIO.

then next i will launch full application in CHC ISB.

Then what will they corespond me....?
What i have to submit them?
Then Medical Examination..
