Nothing to confuse my friend e.g education, you claim master's or graduation but you didn't send any proof at this stage. Same is language, you can claim points for language but later on you have to provide a proof (IELTS). Just tick “YES” Provide evidence of your proficiency in Canadian's official languages
You will provide either IELTS or other evidence after your approval from CIO
i dont have French done as well.
If you do not have claimed points for FRENCH then you do not need to provide any proof for that Applicant has to check one box, and both boxes demand prove. If i check NO, i have to provide French prove If i check Yes, i have to provide IELTS prove Confused, please clarify |

what on earth made you think that you'll have to provide French proof if you check NO for English? you are wrong. follow the simple instructions as below.
1. If you know French, check YES. If you don't, check NO.
2. If you have appeared in IELTS, check YES. If you haven't, check NO.
please bear in mind, at the time of sending the initial application to CIO, Sydney, you can check NO for English if you haven't yet sat the IELTS exam. No need to give any proof at the time of sending the initial application and i mean it. After you have sent your initial application and you are sure that you will receive a positive outcome, register for IELTS General and sit the exam. Once you have received positive outcome from CIO, Sydney and you are given 120 days to submit your full application, make a little change in your application regarding English language proof and check YES. This is the correct method and majority follows this. By saying majority, i mean that a lots of candidates also prefer sitting the IELTS exam even before sending the initial application to CIO just to know of how much they score and if or not they would qualify based on their result in IELTS exam. Of course, these candidates will check YES for English language in the initial application because they have already sat the IELTS exam. hope this sets your mind at rest.

Wow! Double congrats! it's very exciting news. Atleast it shows that CHC Isb is not sleeping but in our (myself and ManJ) cases. We are already praying for everyone. Hello everyone
I am having questions I did bcom from Karachi jan2004-dec2005 but during second year i also start a job i.e. from apr,2005 to aug2006 as a full time employee and i want to show this experiance to gain the points so my question is...........
Q1 is it possible to claim points for my full time work during apr, 2005 to dec 2006 while studying full time as well
Q2 my exp. letter doesn`t mention wather its was a full time or a part time job so if i tell them (cic) my exp. from apr 05 to dec 05 was a part time and rest was full time ........will it work out for me??
i am applying under FSW CAT. 1 ..............NOC # 1111
90 days remaining to send full appl. to london visa office

ah Looks like your assigned officer is on vacation and enjoying summer in Toronto. My sister applied as well and still waiting She submitted full application to CHC Isb on May 14, 2009 and got AOR on June 03, 2009. CHC inquired from her employer around last week of June and nothing since then. |
